PawKaki (pawkaki.com), Singapore · Last updated 1 October 2026

What we collect: your name and email (from Google or your login link), your dogs' profiles and photos, the spots you join, and what you post.

Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We use them only to create your PawKaki account, sign you in, show the name you choose and contact you about your account. We don't ask for access to anything else in your Google account, we don't sell this data or use it for advertising, and we don't share it with anyone except the services below that run PawKaki.

Services we use: Supabase (secure database and sign-in, Singapore region), Vercel (hosts the website), Resend (sends login emails) and Cloudflare (domain and email forwarding). They only process data to run PawKaki for us.

Location: used on your phone to show distances. When you add a spot or request one, we read your location once to confirm you're there; we don't store it. When you check in, we read your location once to confirm you're at the spot and don't store it. Your check-ins are private to you; other kakis only see the dogs that are here now (and only names you've allowed). We never track you in the background and never show your live location to others.

Who sees what: the map, spot names and busy-time counts are public. Dog profiles, who's coming and chats are only visible to signed-in users or spot members.

Chats and photos: spot chats are only visible to that spot's members; a walk's chat only to the host and people on the walk. A spot's dog moments (photos): signed-in users see 3 of them (pinned first, then newest), members see them all. Walk chats are deleted about 8 days after the walk. Album photos are stored privately and shown only through short-lived links. Messages and captions are checked against a list of banned words before they're posted.

Reports and blocks: reports are private. The PawKaki team can see reported messages, photos and profiles to keep the community safe; anything reported by several people is hidden until we check it. Blocking is private too: the other person isn't told, and neither of you sees the other's messages, photos, walks or dogs.

Your choices: you can hide your dog's name from "here now", and you can delete your account in Settings: it's hidden straight away and deleted for good after 7 days, together with your Google sign-in details, dogs, photos and messages. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you or to delete it.

Alerts: Alerts are optional. If you turn them on, we keep a push address for each phone you use and remove it when you turn alerts off or the phone stops accepting them.

We handle personal data in line with Singapore's PDPA. We don't sell your data. Contact: hello@pawkaki.com.
